A platform is a surface raised above the level of the adjacent area; a place to make a public appeal. The questions are: do you realize that you have potential in you, will you activate that potential, and will you take your rightful place on your platform? You may be the person who has never believed in themselves, the star, or the person in the shadows. But after hearing this, you will realize, walk, and step-up to the platform that is awaiting you! 

What is it? Are there many kinds of leadership? Are only those with titles leaders? I believe when you see leadership, you should see servant leadership. These are not two different kinds. I also believe that every person is a leader, because leadership is simply influence! Follow me as I walk you through what leadership is and is not, why leadership is important, and the characteristics needed to inspire those you lead. 

If I were to ask you if you wanted victory, most would say, “YES!” There is nothing better than the feeling of achievement, accomplishment, and victory. But what I want you to realize is that victory means something different to everyone. Victory is not always defined by wins and losses, but simply in not giving up. Life is challenging, but if you play with the right people on your side, with a moral compass of integrity, and are confident in your inherent abilities, VICTORY will be yours.

I have spoken at men’s bible studies, conferences, youth services, and for adult services. I take my calling as a teacher of the word of God very seriously and speak as I am guided by the Holy Spirit. I am just an earthen vessel, but I understand there is a great treasure in me and that power is of God.
